The context
introduce a new thought-leadership book in a crowded customer experience (CX) market, making it stand out as a futuristic, authoritative read. The project needed a compelling visual identity that captured the book’s theme of AI and the future of customer service, while appealing to a professional audience of business and technology leaders.
The cover needed to stand out in online listings and bookshops.
Illustrations inside had to support rather than distract — helping readers visualize concepts like AI agents, automation, human-machine interface.
All supporting launch materials (landing page, event posters) needed visual coherence with the book’s style, to reinforce brand recognition during the campaign.
The solution
Cover Design — gold-foil typography fractured by digital network lines conveys the tension between humanity and technology. Dark background adds authority, while geometry provides futuristic edge.

The outcome
On launch day, the book’s promotional posts attracted robust engagement (the client reported above-average click-through rates on the digital ads). The professional cover design helped drive interest and trust, contributing to the book achieving over 1,000 pre-orders in the first two weeks (surpassing the initial target). The author received positive feedback on the book’s look-and-feel at the launch event, with attendees commenting that the graphics felt “cutting-edge and polished.” This project not only delivered a compelling brand for a single book – it also reinforced the author’s reputation as an innovative thinker in his field, by presenting his ideas in a visually sharp, modern package.
