Design Challenge
The Dr.Max ibuprofen range was preparing for launch with no product branding in place. There was no key visual, no defined palette, no iconography, and no system to unify SKUs or campaigns. Entering a crowded OTC aisle with fragmented visuals risked weak shelf presence, low recognition, and poor consumer trust under strict pharma readability requirements.
Solution
I created the entire product branding system for Dr.Max Ibuprofen, building every element needed for launch:
Key Visual – Designed a central brand image to anchor packaging, campaigns, and digital presence.
Product Branding – Established a unified identity for the full range, with clear hierarchy across SKUs.
Color & Typography Palette – Defined a consistent system balancing regulatory legibility with brand distinctiveness.
Iconography & Micro-Elements – Developed a simple icon set and supporting assets for dosage, format, and usage clarity.
Rich Content Pages – Designed informative layouts for digital channels to explain benefits and support consumer trust.
POS & Campaign Toolkit – Built in-store displays, shelf talkers, and digital banners directly aligned with the product branding.
Guidelines – Delivered practical rules so internal teams could apply the identity consistently across packaging, in-store, and digital touchpoints.
